*All sessions are non-refundable and expire if not used within 12 months of date of purchase. All sessions are by appointment only. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your session to avoid being charged for the session. Private and Semi-private packages are not inter-changeable.
Insurance & Payment
At ABove Physical Therapy it is our goal to provide the highest level of care. We are dedicated to providing a “patient first” approach and delivering exceptional one on one care by licensed physical therapist. Therefore, optimizing rehabilitation resulting in a more effective and efficient course of treatment which in turn decreases the time required in therapy.
Our practice is a fee for service billing system that requires your payment at the time of services rendered. At the completion of each session, the client is provided a detailed invoice to allow for independent filling of insurance claims. . We accept cash, local checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Why is fee for service beneficial to you?
ABove Physical Therapy has chosen a fee for service billing system for several reasons. We take pride in choosing the optimal treatments for each of our patients. Regardless of the treatment technique used, you are charged based on the amount of time of the treatment session. Therefore, treatment is based on patient specific needs and not dependent on what services receive the highest reimbursement from insurance companies.
Will insurance pay for these services?
We are an out of network facility. Each insurance company is different, however, in our experience insurance companies typically reimburse 70-80% of the total cost. We recommend you call your insurance company and become informed regarding reimbursement.
