Soft Tissue Mobilization – a specific set of manual techniques used on the body for the purpose of addressing adhesions in fibrous muscle tissue, moving tissue fluids and relaxing muscle tension.
Joint Mobilization – a specific set of manual manipulation techniques used on the body for musculoskeletal conditions.
Dry Needling – a skilled treatment technique that uses a very thin filiform needle that is placed through the skin. It’s purpose is to stimulate muscles, connective tissue and myofascia.
Strain / Counterstrain – a very gentle manipulation technique of the soft tissue.
Craniosacral Therapy – a gentle, noninvasive method of manual manipulation specifically applied to the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum.
Visceral Manipulation – a skilled manual type of muscle manipulation for the purpose of releasing fascial restrictions in the abdomen and pelvis.
Electrical Stimulation – a therapeutic treatment technique using electrical stimulation to treat muscle pain and spasms.
Neural Manipulation – a specific and very precise method of manual therapy used to single out and release nerve restrictions.
Ultrasound – used to administer deep heat to soft tissues throughout the body.
ARP – Accelerated Recovery Performance – a device which uses high frequency electrical stimulation to treat musculoskeletal injuries.
Pilates – a series of specific exercises with or without equipment used to improve overall physical strength and flexibility.
Gyrotonic – a series of specific exercises combining elements of yoga, dance, Tai Chi and swimming used to build core strength, balance, coordination and agility.
